Job Description

Domino's is looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. We are growing rapidly, offering opportunities for advancement from delivery driver to management and beyond, depending on your interest and performance.

• Must be 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Provide access to an insured vehicle that is registered and suitable for delivery.
• Possess customer‑service skills and the ability to navigate a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and handle multi‑story buildings.
• Help with inside tasks periodically, such as food preparation, cleaning, and other duties shared by all team members.

$16.00 per hour, plus tips and mileage.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients, prepare products, and receive telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided.

• Comprehend and give written instructions accurately.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers over the phone and in person.

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; calculator use allowed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Possess motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Navigational skills to read a map and navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.

• Exposure to varying weather, extreme temperatures, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Exposure to sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on the telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision; depth perception.
• Ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

• Standing, walking, and sitting tasks as needed.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying up to 30 pounds, pushing light loads, and climbing stairs or a ladder infrequently.
• Reaching, bending, squatting, and fine‑motor tasks such as dough shaping and handling pizza tools.
• Use of tools and equipment such as calculators, phones, telephones, and pizza cutters.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of licensed driving history in the United States, documented.
• Uninterrupted driving record of at least 1.5 years; no more than 1 violation/1 at‑fault accident in the past 2 years and no more than 2 violations/1 at‑fault accident in the past 3 years; no more than 3 violations or 1 at‑fault accident in the past 3 years.
• No distracted driving or serious violations in the past 5 years.
• Driver must be unsuspended and maintain an unbroken record.

• Headlights, turn signals, tires, mirrors, taillights, brake pressure, windshield wipers, doors, backup lights, exhaust, horn, safety belt.
