First Rate Remodeling is looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyman to join our Field Operations team. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering high-quality exterior residential remodels with precision and craftsmanship. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in their work, strives for excellence, and thrives in a detail-oriented, service-first environment.

• Perform high-quality exterior remodeling work on residential properties
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction documents
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Install or repair siding, windows, doors, and other exterior components
• Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise specifications
• Follow project timelines and instructions from supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
• Mentor less experienced workers as needed

• 5 years experience in residential remodeling or construction preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety on the job
• No formal education, license, or certification required — just skill and dedication

Monday–Friday

Onsite work required throughout residential projects serviced by First Rate Remodeling Inc

Based in the local region with no overnight travel required
