You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of patient cases, including wellness exams, acute and chronic illnesses, and preventive care. • Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical exams, medical history review, and diagnostic testing.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, such as infections, injuries, and diabetes.
• Prescribe medication and develop treatment plans in accordance with evidence‑based guidelines.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on disease management, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients.
• Perform minor medical procedures, such as suturing, wound care, and administer injections.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients on medication adherence and potential side effects.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high‑quality care.

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of CA
• Master's degree in nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a Family Practice setting.
• Current DEA and BLS certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and experience with documentation.
