This is a full-time on-site position for a Recruiter located in Bellflower, CA. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, implementing recruitment strategies, and keeping up with industry trends.

• Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Candidate Screening
• Strong skills in Interviewing, Hiring, and Onboarding processes
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment laws and regulations
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Past experience in HR or recruitment for small to medium businesses is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functional environment
