Overview
Join a safety‑first team transporting hire equipment across Perth and regional WA. We’re looking for an experienced Tilt Tray Operator who can load, secure and deliver plant and equipment safely and professionally.
About the role- Safely load, secure, transport and unload hire equipment (e.g. skid steers, excavators, EWP, telehandlers, forklifts) to client sites.
- Perform daily pre‑starts
, defect reporting and keep your truck clean and presentable. - Work closely with the Hire Controller and workshop to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
- Follow Chain of Responsibility (CoR),
mass & dimension
, fatigue and site safety requirements at all times. - Occasional after‑hours call‑outs and regional runs.
- WA HR class driver’s licence (manual) — HC highly regarded.
- Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Load restraint competency (certificate or proven experience using chains, binders, straps, chocks).
- National Police Check (NPC)
- Ability to pass pre‑employment and random Drug & Alcohol testing

- High Risk Work Licence – CV (Vehicle Loading Crane/HIAB).
- LF Forklift licence
; WP EWP licence
. - DG (Dogging) and Senior First Aid
. - Prior experience moving hire plant and oversize loads; understanding of AS/NZS load restraint standards.
Proven tilt tray experience and a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and customer service
.Reliability, good communication, and the ability to work independently.
