• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of a location ensuring parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the management of day‑to‑day activities of the assigned locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and other general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, violations of company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
• Substitute for any position, if necessary.
• Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage and major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
• Complete other duties as needed.

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimal month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Speaks clearly, listens and clarifies, and responds well to questions.
• Writes clearly and informatively; reads and interprets written information.
• Maintains a positive attitude and responds to requests for service and assistance with customer service skills.
• Adapts to changes in the work environment; handles delay or unexpected events.
• Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record if required to drive a company vehicle.
• Physical demands: sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, talk; occasionally climb or balance; lift up to 25 pounds; requires close, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.

$24.00 – $26.00 per hour
