Software Engineer, Backend Developer

We are seeking a Software Engineer I to join our growing Bangalore team in a hybrid work setup. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple disciplines—front-end, back-end, test automation, operations, and infrastructure—building a diverse skillset while contributing to impactful products.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to release.
• Engage in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
• Develop new features and enhance existing functionalities.
• Maintain and extend service APIs.
• Collaborate in quality assurance processes and defect resolution.
• Work closely with systems engineers to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in coding, testing, design, and troubleshooting, and coach peers in effective AI utilization.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages:
  Golang, Java, C/C++, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Linux command-line operations.
• Track record of building scalable, high-availability applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Fluency in English and legal eligibility to work in India.

• Familiarity with AWS services and certifications.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Hashi Corp).
• Proficiency in Linux debugging tools like tcpdump and strace.
