Software Engineer II

We are hiring a Software Engineer II in Bellevue, WA. Seeking a customer‑focused, data‑driven engineer who thrives in cross‑functional teams to help build services used by millions.

• Build and support scalable backend systems with multiple languages and frameworks.
• Adhere to and champion the highest standards of code quality, performance, security, and reliability.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, including building secure and scalable services for platforms supporting millions of users.
• Experience in service design;
  coding experience with Java Vertx and Spring Boot
  , including writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Experience with AWS Kubernetes and Kafka are a bonus.
• Proven focus on operational excellence for large‑scale cloud services, including CI/CD, high availability, scalability, and proactive issue detection with monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, with a focus on knowledge sharing.
• Curious about AI‑based methods for increasing productivity and improving user experience.
• Familiarity with Postgres, Dynamo
  
  DB, Redis, Terraform, Telegraph, Grafana, Prometheus, and Git Hub is beneficial.
• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and knowledge in full system flows (client‑server, server‑to‑server), with proven independent testing and troubleshooting skills across the stack.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation range for this role: $99,400.00 – $ salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
