🔧 Maintenance Technician | $28–$33/hr + Benefits | Bellevue, WA (On‑Site)

• ✨ Consistent M‑F schedule (8am–5pm)

• Troubleshooting and completing maintenance requests across multiple communities (Everett–Tukwila)
• Working hands‑on with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, painting, and more
• Turning units and performing preventative maintenance
• Logging work in App Folio and coordinating with property managers
• Participating in a light on‑call rotation (one weekend/month + limited evenings)

• 4+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong technical skills and a take‑pride‑in‑your‑work mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Tech savvy‑must be comfortable with mobile work order systems (App Folio a plus)
• Professional, reliable, and resident‑focused
