We are looking for able-bodied, motivated individuals that like to work outside! A desire to work with your hands instead of in the office is a must.
You will perform first-class exterior cleaning services for our customers and will work on your own, traveling to new locations each day. You will perform first-class exterior cleaning services for our customers.
Efficiency, friendliness, and the ability to enjoy working independently are keys to success. You will need to have a good sense of balance when working on ladders, on roofs, and inside residential homes. Part of your job will be to interact with our customers with respect and patience.

- Window cleaning
- Gutter and roof cleaning
- Maintenance of service equipment
- Manage and perform the use of safety equipment
- Documenting operation activities
- Communication with the office
- Communication with clients
- Able to move items weighing 75 lbs.
- Able to bend, climb, kneel and work on your feet for most of the day in a relaxed, but fast‑paced, environment.
- A healthy respect for heights but comfortable working on ladders and roofs.
- Interpersonal skills to relate to customers and solve issues.
- Reliable and self‑motivated.
- Clean background check.
- Valid driver's license with a clean to semi‑clean driving record.
- GED, High school Diploma, or suitable equivalent.
- 2-4 weeks of paid training provided.
