• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, carpentry, and landscaping.
• Oversee and/or perform the turn process to prepare apartments for new residents.
• Perform typical independent assignments consistent with code requirements and good working practices.
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, electric switches, breakers, receptacles, appliances, drywall, countertops, and cabinetry.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC/R equipment.
• Respond to emergency situations when on‑duty or on‑call.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to residents, team members, and service providers regarding planned and completed tasks.

• $55,000 – $58,000, DOE

• Proven experience as a Residential Maintenance Technician.
• Experience with HVAC/R systems, and ability to perform basic electrical work, plumbing work, appliance repair, carpentry, and landscaping.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs. Ability to walk up and down the stairs.
