AMLI Residential is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician at our 2 apartment complexes in Seattle. As the Multi-Site Maintenance Technician, you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of and
** Compensation and Benefits:
** AMLI offers the following benefits to meet the needs of AMLI employees and their families:* $24.00 - $25.00 an hour plus monthly and year-end bonuses

Duties include:

* Perform maintenance services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
* Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
* Be available to work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and nights.
* Conduct  inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
* Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
** Requirements:
*** Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
* Availability for on call and weekend rotation
