Job Summary
The Pacific Security Site or Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations at a designated site, ensuring compliance with post orders, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. This role involves managing a team of security officers, providing training, handling scheduling and addressing client concerns. The supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for both the security team and the client, ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency.

Pay: $23.00-$24.00
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm
- Conduct on-site inspections of Security Officers to ensure compliance with post orders.
- Train new guards on site-specific expectations, protocols, and layout.
- Provide clear instructions regarding site changes and operational updates.
- Oversee daily operations and manage a small team of Security Officers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all site-related security matters.
- Maintain effective communication with client contacts to address concerns and updates.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Utilize timekeeping and operations software to manage scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Address scheduling conflicts and handle call-offs efficiently.
- Develop creative, non-scripted solutions to problems, making decisions independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identify and communicate any challenges or concerns to the Operations Manager and clients as required.
- Performs Security Officer duties in addition to Site or Account Supervisor duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Read, understand, and adhere to site specific post orders when assigned to a new site.
- Arrive at the client site punctually, in full uniform, and prepared to begin work.
- Safely de-escalate confrontational situations with members of the public, customers, or site patrons when possible; participate in MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) training when available.
- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance systems, inspecting building(s), equipment, and access points, and permitting entry into site as necessary.
- Perform thorough security checks of all exits, doors, and windows to ensure they are properly secured.
- Respond promptly to alarms, assess the situation, and take appropriate action.
- Complete and submit daily activity logs and incident reports as necessary.
- Prevent losses and damage by identifying and reporting irregularities, enforcing policies, and interacting with trespassers.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and patrons, fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
- Monitor and regulate the entry and exit of employees and visitors in accordance with post orders.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations.
- Maintain a strong and visible presence to uphold safety and security standards.
- Report any rule infractions or violations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate clearly and effectively using radios, cell phone applications, or other communication devices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 18+ years of age and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English in both spoken and written forms
- Thorough and detail-oriented with keen observation skills
- Ability to react appropriately in emergency and high stress situations
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills
- Pass a Washington State Police criminal background check
HS Diploma/GED equivalency required. Additional education preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsObtain an active Security Officer License through Washington State Department of Licensing within 60 days of hire and maintain Security Officer License throughout the duration of employment.
