For over 30 years, we’ve helped homeowners transform their properties through our award-winning design/build process—creating resort-style outdoor living environments.

This is a unique opportunity for a high-level sales professional who thrives in a landscape design-oriented, client-focused environment. If you’re passionate about Backyard Resort Living® and have a proven ability to close large projects, this role is for you.

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowner leads (they’re ready to invest in happiness).
• Sell Alderwood's signature Backyard Resort Living® projects ranging from $75K–$500K+.
• Guide clients from initial consultation through final contract.
• Use our CRM to manage your pipeline, appointments, and communications.
• Collaborate with in-house designers and project managers who speak fluent "outdoor living".
• Deliver a seamless, luxury sales experience.

• Proven success in landscape design & construction sales.
• Proven track record of closing $2M+ in annual sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (ability to get people genuinely excited about outdoor living).
• Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy.
• Client-first attitude and polished communication.
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
• Having a Landscape Architecture license is a huge plus.

• Base salary + commissions ($75,000–$200,000+ DOE).
