Due to an internal promotion, we’re seeking an energetic Sales Representative to help drive LGC’s growth. You’ll identify new opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support the branch team to hit monthly sales KPIs.

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan
• Drive new business through cold calls and site visits
• Build strong relationships with existing customers
• Achieve utilisation and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM data and timely updates
• Conduct site visits and recommend tailored equipment solutions
• Prepare quotes and hire contracts
• Stay across industry trends and competitor activity
• Represent LGC at trade shows and networking events
• Collaborate with Operations and Delivery teams for seamless service
• Follow up post-hire to ensure customer satisfaction

• High attention to detail and multitasking skills
• CRM and MS Office proficiency
• Previous experience in equipment hire, retail, or machinery sales (advantageous)

• Proven sales experience in hire/rental industry
• Computer literacy – MS Office, email, data entry
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• Current National Police Clearance
