As a Harley-Davidson Salesperson, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the motorcycle purchasing process, building strong relationships, and ensuring every rider finds the perfect bike. Your enthusiasm and expertise will create an exceptional buying experience that aligns with the Harley-Davidson brand.

• Engage with customers to understand their riding needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, features, and customization options.
• Conduct test rides and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Stay up to date with the latest Harley-Davidson models, accessories, and promotions.
• Work closely with the finance and service departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Attend dealership events and community rides to promote the brand.

• Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand.
• Previous experience in sales, motorcycle or automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
• Motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
