Honey Baked is hiring seasonal staff for the Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Schedules are flexible and suitable for students, teachers, retirees, or anyone seeking extra income without a long-term commitment. Seasonal positions offer true flexible scheduling to work around family, school, or other commitments.

• Assist customers, providing excellent service in a friendly and polite manner. Respond positively to customer requests or comments.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge and clearly articulate product features and benefits. Drive add-on sales through suggestion selling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and stay productive throughout the shift; take responsibility for activities within your control.
• Follow all processes and procedures and comply with company standards in all areas, including service, food preparation and control. Adhere to safety, security and respectful workplace policies and procedures.

Good communication skills and attention to detail. Prior customer service or food preparation experience is preferred; experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate or store associate is a plus.

WHAT ABOUT THE FREE HAM?
Seasonal Associate receive discounts through the last day of the work schedule PLUS a free ham or turkey breast after completing the holiday schedule (a gift card may be substituted, depending on product availability).

Some seasonal associates will work at our regular Honey Baked store location, and some at our express store location, open just through the holiday season. Physical dexterity and mobility to perform job demands may include working with a hot torch. Requires bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting and lifting products and supplies. Ham production associates may be required to lift up to 65 pounds.
