Sales Associate Responsibilities- SALES FLOOR: understood organizational objectives and makes decisions that align with Company priorities; takes ownership and delivers results while remaining aware of personal and store metrics; creates personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with management; creates short- and long-term strategies to achieve personal metrics and performance goals; takes ownership of personal survey results and creates improvement plans; represents Coach as a brand ambassador;
demonstrates Coach’s Selling and Service expectations; understands changes in local market and supports the execution of local sales strategies and tactics; drives business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers and maintaining ongoing relationships; creates positive impressions with customers by presenting attire consistent with Coach’s Guide to Style; builds credibility as a personal fashion advisor with knowledge of competition and product features, benefits, and value;
communicates current pricing and promotions; discusses product features and builds the sale with cross-selling; cross-sells and recommends add-ons; tailors approach to customer needs; attends to unique shopping needs of each customer; works with multiple customers; follows up to influence/close the sale; flexes selling techniques to support store financial results; builds lasting relationships; leverages Coach tools for relationship building; fosters teamwork and a positive environment;
remains adaptable to changing needs; welcomes feedback and maintains a calm, professional demeanor. - OPERATIONS: completes daily tasks without impacting service or Coach standards; maintains store, backroom, cash wrap and visual merchandising to Coach standards; keeps selling floor clean and tidy; adheres to retail policies and procedures including POS and Asset Protection; replenishes inventory on the sales floor as needed; supports store inventory processes by processing shipments, stocking shelves, and organizing product; assists with cash-wrap as needed;
processes customer transactions (purchase, return, exchange, etc.); prepares the store by organizing functional areas and maintaining visual merchandising expectations.

- Experience:
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. - Technical:
Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet); use of walkie talkies; read price and product release sheets. - Physical: ability to work at a fast pace; communicate effectively; maneuver the sales floor, stock room and shelves; ability to lift up to 25 pounds…
