As a Sales Associate, you thrive to succeed in a fast-paced environment by demonstrating initiative and achieving sales goals set by upper management. SUKOSHI is looking for a candidate with an upbeat personality that has a genuine passion and deep knowledge for SUKOSHI products. You enjoy working independently and as a team to ensure first class customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Ability to provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge about all products offered.
- Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations.
- Maintaining personal and productivity goals.
- Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends.
- Contribute to an overall positive work environment and serve as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
- May include other responsibilities.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
- Resourceful and versatile with an ability to quickly adapt to changes (product trends, store policies, etc.).
- A keen interest in one of SUKOSHI’s niches (such as k-beauty, lifestyle products, etc.) is highly preferred.
The projected starting date for this role will be in January 2026.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.76 per hour
