The sales associate/ welder role is an exciting opportunity to provide world‑class service while offering a rapidly growing experience through permanent jewelry and delighting our Nordstrom customer.

• Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
• Deliver in store services with confidence (e.g., welding, engraving and monogramming), training provided

• Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
• Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional personal grooming and presentation

• Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (e.g., stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)

• A customer first attitude and a desire to drive sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
