As a Headkount Beauty Educator, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity & sales. You’ll receive top‑tier training and support from our robust education programs to set you up for success. Beauty Educators work across beauty retailer locations within the Seattle market.

• Be punctual & reliable.
• Achieve sales goals.
• Educate retail staff on the brands you support by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies.
• Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines.
• Host & participate in branded events, ensuring sales goals are achieved.
• Complete detailed in‑store surveys at the end of each shift.
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date via the Headkount app.

• At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or retailer.
• Excellent beauty retail selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty retail events.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional conduct in‑store & team player.
• Ability to self‑motivate & work independently.
• Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smartphone apps.
• Must have a working smartphone.
• Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in the market.
• Must have a flexible schedule & be available to work weekends.
