Prepare all food items in accordance with planned menus and recipes, ensuring meals are appetizing, nutritious, and meet dietary requirements.;
Assist the Director of Dining Services in all aspects of food service operations.;
Ensure food is served at correct temperatures, properly portioned, and presented attractively.;
Assist with purchasing and inventory to maintain stock levels.;
Lead and supervise cooks, servers, and dishwashers and conduct daily pre-meal meetings.
