General Manager

Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is currently interviewing for a full-time General Manager at our quick-service location at th Avenue Northeast in Bellevue. The wage for this position will be between $70,000 and $74,000 per year, plus our GM will be eligible for a monthly bonus based on the restaurant's performance.

Our General Manager responsibilities include:

• Running the restaurant
• Hiring, training, and developing other managers and employees
• Maintaining Ivar's company standards for service, product quality, and cleanliness
• Ensuring unit profitability

Candidates must have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience (quick-service experience preferred), an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and open availability.

For the manager hired, Ivar's premium benefits package includes:
