The Kitchen Prep Associate – Apps position is a single role responsible for making all drinks in the Boba station, plating all appetizer items in the Side Station, and packing takeout orders in the Packing station according to Din Tai Fung’s recipes and SOPs. The associate also cleans and maintains all three stations, conducts regular inventory, and restocks necessary items. This is a Back of House (Kitchen) position.
