• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all residents and guests
• Greet guests, present menus, and answer questions regarding meals, ingredients, and dietary options
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
• Deliver meals in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and work areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Assist with table setup, bussing, reset, and overall dining room preparation
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when appropriate
• Support special events, holiday meals, and other community activities as needed

• Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or items as required
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
• Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
