Summary

We seek a driven and visionary leader to guide and elevate our top-performing real estate team in Bothell. The ideal candidate will show a commitment to continuous professional development, prioritize accountability, and have a true enthusiasm for advancing a thriving career in real estate. A current real estate license is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Represent luxury properties on the Eastside, providing expert guidance and personalized service to high-end clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver tailored real estate solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive listings in the luxury real estate market.
  • Coordinate and host property showings, open houses, and private tours, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for potential buyers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies for promoting luxury listings, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of service and ethics.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful high-end property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Eastside real estate market, including Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other digital tools.
  • Licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
