Position: Real Estate Acquisition Broker - South King and Pierce County

Heaton Dainard is a leading real estate investment firm based in the Puget Sound region. Specializing in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties since 2009, we focus on buying, selling, and investing in real estate with a personalized, client-centered approach. Our team has facilitated thousands of successful transactions, helping both established and new investors achieve their real estate goals.

We are seeking a highly motivated Acquisition Broker for South King and Pierce Counties to identify, evaluate, and close profitable real estate deals. This commission-based role will focus on sourcing investment opportunities, working closely with investors, and managing transactions from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and proactive, with a strong ability to build relationships with investors and partners.

You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be capable of managing a high volume of transactions and projects independently. As a client-facing role, you should be able to generate leads, follow up effectively, and successfully close deals, all while staying organized and focused on investor goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Investment Opportunities: Source potential properties through the MLS and market research, focusing on flip and cash investment deals.
  • Build and Manage Relationships: Work with existing and new investors to understand their goals and help identify suitable investment opportunities.
  • Close Deals: Lead negotiations, oversee the due diligence process, and close investment transactions.
  • Collaborate with Contractors: Work with investors and contractors to manage remodel project bids.
  • Analyze Profitability: Use financial models and market knowledge to assess property values and investment returns.
  • Track Progress: Update Salesforce to record and manage investor leads and transaction details.
Qualifications
  • Real estate license in the State of Washington.
  • Experience in real estate acquisitions or sales.
  • Strong analytical and sales skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Must have up-to-date transportation, a driver’s license, and insurance as travel is required.
Compensation

Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential.
