Registered Nurse; RN – Infusion

Interim Health Care of Bellevue is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home infusion therapy to patients throughout the Seattle area. This per diem position offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives by delivering high-quality care in the home setting.

• Administer IV therapies including antibiotics, hydration, and specialty infusions
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond accordingly
• Provide patient and caregiver education on infusion procedures and device care
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and internal care teams
• Accurately document all care and observations in accordance with agency policies and state/federal regulations
• Maintain professional standards of practice and compliance with all applicable guidelines

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington
• Minimum of one (1) year recent experience in home health or infusion nursing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated proficiency in peripheral IV insertion and maintenance
• Central line care (PICC, Port-a-Cath, Midline)
• Pump and gravity infusion systems
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to work independently in varied home environments

• Home-based care; travel within service areas required
• Regular lifting/pushing/pulling of up to 50 lbs
• Compliance with infection control and PPE protocols
• Potential exposure to communicable diseases and blood borne pathogens

• Competitive pay: $49-$53/hour
