The Shift Administrator is a critical role ensuring coordinated, high‑quality and cost‑effective care at all times. The Shift Administrator is the designated administrator on site, working to coordinate care across all departments, divisions and sites of care to create a seamless and positive experience for patients, families, and physicians. The Shift Administrator works closely with clinical and support department heads, acting as a key representative of departmental and organizational leaders to facilitate ongoing operations designed to achieve specific goals and targets at all times.

- Coordinate care across all departments, divisions and sites of care during night shifts.

- AA required. BSN preferred.
- Current Washington State RN license (or Multistate RN license) required.
- One year nursing management experience preferred.
- Three years clinical nurse experience required.

Hourly wage: $60.41 - $90.62. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift, certification or level of education. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience and internal equity.
