Overlake Hospital Medical Center is a 349 bed, independent nonprofit regional medical center recognized in the top 10% nationally for quality, patient satisfaction and employee engagement. We are located in Bellevue, Washington (on Lake Washington just outside of Seattle) in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We are seeking a Nurse Manager to lead our Inpatient Surgery Team. If selected, you'll work closely with our Director who is a nationally known expert in surgical services clinical practice.

We’re looking for a proven leader who is committed to employee engagement, service line growth and collaborative leadership. Critical thinking, independent judgment, and the ability to work under pressure are all essential.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. (Master's degree preferred.)
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington. (May be a multi-state RN license from a compact state.)
• Health care provider CPR certification.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years prior management experience.
• CNOR or CSSM certification highly preferred.
