Hourly $49.00 - $87.12. Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, WA is seeking engaged, motivated RNs who embody our commitment to compassionate care. Our CCU is a mixed specialty critical care unit with 31 beds. Our patients include open heart/thoracic surgery, neurology/neurosurgery, cardiology, pulmonary and trauma. We have been recognized by AACN with the Award for Unit Excellence.
Day shift, .9 FTE (72 hours per week) with 12-hour shifts.
ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care in a 31-bed Critical Care unit. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to manage patients with complex conditions including open heart surgery, neurology, cardiology, pulmonary and trauma. Ensure patient safety and achieve optimal patient outcomes. Participate in rhythm interpretation assessments as required in the first week for units that require competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing required (BSN preferred).
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington. (May be a multi-State license from a Compact state or a Washington license.)
- Recent or current Critical Care experience required.
- BLS & ACLS certification required.
- CCRN certification preferred.
Note: RNs hired into units that require a competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation will be required to take a rhythm assessment in their first week. This will include standard cardiac rhythms, dysrhythmias and paced rhythms.
