We are seeking high-energy, authoritative, and charismatic hosts to lead our professional livestream shopping channels. As a Wahool Creator, you are the face of the brand, leading live sessions that transform viewers into loyal customers through expert storytelling and high-impact product demonstrations. We are looking for outstanding talent who can command a room and drive sales with confidence.

• Live Hosting & Performance:
  Lead high-energy live sessions (2–3 hours per shift) from our Bellevue, WA studios. You must maintain a firm, professional, and captivating presence to keep the audience engaged and entertained throughout the entire broadcast.
• Product Demonstration:
  Showcase products in their best light through live demonstrations, tutorials, or how-to segments. You must be able to highlight product features and benefits clearly and effectively in real-time.
• Product Authority:
  Act as a subject matter expert for the brands you represent. You must quickly master product details, unique selling points, and usage tips to provide firm, confident, and accurate answers to all viewer inquiries.
• Sales & Deal Focus:
  Drive excitement for Tik Tok Shop promotions and exclusive offers. You must stay focused on active flash sales and use persuasive storytelling to convert viewers into customers with confidence.
• Community Engagement:
  Actively manage and interact with the chat throughout the stream. You are responsible for fostering a loyal community of enthusiasts by being responsive and personable while maintaining a professional expert persona.
• Content Creation:
  Collaborate on creative social media content, including teaser videos and shorts, to build anticipation and drive traffic to upcoming live sessions.

• On-Camera Charisma:
  Exceptional confidence and a hype-person energy. You must have a clear, firm, and captivating speaking voice, with the ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm for long durations without sounding tentative.
• Expert Storytelling:
  Highly articulate with the ability to describe the detail, quality, and must-have factor of various products. You are a natural at transforming product features into compelling reasons to buy.
• Sales-Driven Mindset:
  Comfortable and confident in a sales environment. We are looking for hosts who can close the deal, avoid hesitant language (such as unnecessary apologies), and provide a definitive, expert shopping experience.
• Product Adaptability: A quick learner who can master the details of various beauty or lifestyle products and speak about them with authority and precision.
• Platform Expertise:
  Natural familiarity with Tik Tok Shop, live streaming culture, and real-time audience engagement tactics.
• Experience:
  
  A background in retail sales (e.g., beauty counters, luxury goods), professional hosting, acting, or public speaking is highly preferred.

• Location:
  
  In-person (Bellevue, WA 98007). Must be able to commute.
• Job Type: Part-time (approx. 20–30 hours per week).
• Pay Range: $30.00 – $70.00 per hour (Performance-based).
