This is a bootstrapped startup, meaning there is no salary/pay until we earn it.
Equity for this role is 20-30% at standard 4‑year vesting.
We have angel investor funding that will kick‑in once $5,000 in revenue is posted. At $788 per "ticket", that means six sales. I have thoroughly planned for the business to begin profitability in Month 3 and for 50 k of profit each year. It will take hustle, but it can be done.
I am looking for a Launch Partner for a B2B2C Social‑Based Outplacement/Job Search Support business with a dual customer market:
Corporate HR / Business Owners and users/subscribers over 45‑50 years old (with 20 or more years of experience).
This is a 100% virtual business – the days of brick and mortar are gone.
The business plan, financials, value prop, competitive set, etc. are all very well defined. While I have skills in all needed areas, two people working together bring the power of three.
Responsibilities- Reach out to and make appointments for subject matter experts to participate in Zoom interviews or to facilitate small group Zoom learning sessions for our members.
- Ensure the customer experience is seamless and absolutely frictionless.
- Partner in website management, editing, and growth.
- Produce and edit video content – the key differentiator of our business. Experience with iMovie, Premiere Rush, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other creative platforms is ideal.
- Manage social media across Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, incorporating social content, member responses, and executive‑level emails.
- High‑energy, serious about success, committed, and willing to live in the details to generate momentum in approximately Month 3.
- Organized, clear thinker with tactical focus and an ability to implement the big picture.
- Strong sense of urgency and team connectivity.
- Professional‑level use of English for writing video descriptions, social content, member responses, and executive‑level emails.
- Knowledge of and desire to become an expert in social media (short‑term focus on Linked In and Facebook, with secondary focus on Twitter and Instagram).
- Experience creating and editing social posts, videos, and graphics using Adobe platforms or similar creative tools.
- Prior social media posting experience – the more, the better.
There is no salary or pay until the business earns revenue. Equity will range from 20‑30% with a standard four‑year vesting schedule.
