Process Worker

Overview

Pioneer Water Tanks is seeking a motivated Process Worker to join our water tank manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced, supportive crew, this could be the perfect fit.

• Operating and monitoring machinery to keep production flowing.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and preparing orders for delivery.
• Keeping your workstation and the production floor clean and safe.
• Assisting with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
• Packing and repacking items to meet quality standards.
• Recording production data and reporting any quality concerns promptly.
• Working collaboratively to meet deadlines and uphold safety procedures.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on role.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and think on your feet.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• A team player who leads by example and takes pride in their work.
• Alignment with Pioneer Water Tanks’ values and culture.
