The Compute Abstractions team aims to provide the right compute abstraction to meet customer needs while reinforcing Core Weave’s core value propositions. We design and build systems and platforms that allow customers to pioneer AI.

• Lead strategic direction and execution of Core Weave’s current and future compute abstraction offerings, including Core Weave Kubernetes Abstractions (CKS), Bare Metal, and new compute abstraction strategies.
• Build a cohesive product strategy that aligns with broader company goals, delivers roadmaps, and launches innovative product offerings to enable customers to create next‑generation AI experiences.

• Product Lead for Kubernetes & Compute Abstractions: define vision, strategy, and execution for CKS and the broader portfolio of compute abstractions.
• Product & Program Development: design and launch new compute products and features that address diverse customer workloads.

  partner with engineering, sales, finance, and marketing to align on goals, launch plans, and go‑to‑market execution.
• Market Analysis: conduct in‑depth research and competitive analysis to identify trends and differentiation opportunities.
• Go‑to‑Market Strategy: work with industry partners, marketing, and sales to develop and execute positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Performance Monitoring: define key metrics, establish reporting, monitor performance of compute abstractions, and inform future decisions.

• Deep understanding of cloud compute technologies (VMs, Bare Metal, Serverless).
• Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes.
• A data‑driven and analytical approach to solving problems.
• Experience defining products from concept to roadmap execution and market impact.

• Experience developing and launching 0‑to‑1 products.
• Strong knowledge of GPUs and the AI market.

• You love to experiment with new AI technologies and try things on the bleeding edge.
• You’re curious about novel ways to solve new and old problems.
• You’re an expert in Kubernetes, cloud computing, and launching products.

The base salary range for this role is $188,000 to $275,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, compensation includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
