What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the design and management of the Customer Success and Renewals operating model
  • Standardize churn review cycles, business reviews, renewal reviews, and cross‑functional steering committees
  • Implement the Risk Management framework and oversee the Early Warning System
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance to establish and enforce commercial standards
  • Develop standardized onboarding journeys and targeted adoption plays to drive platform adoption
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 14+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Strategy
  • 4+ years in a leadership role at a $500M+ ARR SaaS company
  • Proven ability to build systems, reporting, and team behaviors to sustain conceptual frameworks
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and negotiating trade‑offs between Sales, Product, and Finance
  • Proficiency in forecasting, capacity modeling, and using data to identify operational gaps
