Project​/Program Manager

Our client is a company operating a marketplace for consumers, sellers, and content creators. It offers merchandise and content purchased for resale from vendors and those offered by third party sellers.

• Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
• Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
• May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

• Warehouses and fulfillment centers- whenever there is a yard (outside the building, docks, entire ground)- automate function in the yard.
• Shuttling, drivers to check in, audits.
• This team is trying to make more efficient.
• Help with fraud and safety operations.

• This team will support multi-factor authentication programs.
• Network wide expansion of Relay AI gate automation solution

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in technology or operations
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with competing priorities
• Experience with transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred
• Strong technical acumen with ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across all organizational levels
• Problem solving

• MBA or Master's degree
• PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
• Experience with automation technologies and IoT deployments
• Background in security systems or authentication solutions
• Experience with vendor management and external partnerships

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• PM in tech or operations: managing technical software or hardware. Supply chain
