• Manage vendor relationships and oversee external partner deliverables.

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in technology or operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or a relevant master's degree.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Agile, or Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and IoT deployments.
