Program Manager

Job Description

A client of Insight Global in the retail and technology industry is seeking a Program Manager to support the development of a new business group and the expansion of a network of buildings. This person will be joining a fast paced growing team and will be responsible for:

• Develop and manage project timelines from site selection to launch, coordinating across Real Estate, Operations, Economic Development and Legal teams
• Identify and resolve complex delivery risks through data-driven analysis and stakeholder collaboration
• Drive launch process standardization and documentation while conducting operational benchmarking
• Manage diverse expansion portfolios simultaneously, communicating progress and risks to senior leadership
• Optimize site selection criteria and expansion strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance

This role is fully onsite, Monday – Friday 8-4.

• 3+ years in program management; ideally relevant to building infrastructure projects, expansions or retrofits
• Highly experienced with managing cross functional partnerships in a large organization
• Organized & able to move at a fast paced
• Adaptable to change
• Proven experience using data to drive metrics & improvement within a business group or process
• Diversity in program management tools - sharepoint, excel, MS Projects, Smartsheets, Quickbase
• Advanced Excel

  Expert-level capabilities including pivot tables, complex formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, nested IF statements), data cleansing, array formulas, and dashboard creation for tracking expansion metrics
• Delivery, last mile or retail experience
