Senior Tax Manager

• Serve as a technical leader and Subject Matter Expert within the practice
• Provide advanced tax guidance and strategic insight to internal teams and clients
• Evaluate and enhance internal workflows; recommend process improvements
• Identify value-added opportunities that benefit both clients and the firm
• Monitor industry developments and proactively address emerging client challenges
• Oversee and review engagement deliverables to ensure quality control and compliance
• Collaborate with firm leadership on business development initiatives
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparation
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members through ongoing training and feedback
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture aligned with firm values
• Perform additional duties as needed to support firm objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive public accounting experience
• At least 5 years of supervisory and leadership experience
• Active CPA license (or equivalent credential) required and in good standing
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet strict deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in modern tax and accounting software platforms
• Ability and willingness to travel as business needs require
