Are you a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of vision and execution? We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Strategy Manager to help shape the future of client's organization.

This role is ideal for someone who can zoom out to see the big picture while staying grounded in the details. You’ll work closely with executives and cross-functional teams to drive strategic planning, manage high-impact initiatives, and ensure our corporate priorities are aligned and actionable.

• Strategic Planning:
  Partner with leaders to develop and track mid- and long-term strategic roadmaps.
• Execution & Project Management:
  Coordinate strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Corporate Scorecard:
  Own and evolve the scorecard to monitor progress across business units.
• Operational Reporting:
  Lead monthly reporting to synthesize performance and progress for leadership.
• Executive Engagement:
  Prepare materials and presentations for executive meetings and follow-ups.
• Research & Analysis:
  Conduct deep dives to support decision-making and strategic direction.
• Cross-Functional Influence:
  Build trusted relationships and drive alignment across teams.

• 12+ years of experience, including 8+ in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or consulting.
• 3+ years in an operating company, translating strategy into execution.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with a practical mindset.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; fluency in Japanese is a plus.
• Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $210,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
