Orthopedic Physician Associates (OPA) is Seattle’s premier provider of orthopedic services. Our physicians and clinical staff work together to ensure that patients receive complete orthopedic care, whether surgical or nonsurgical, for problems or diseases of the bones, joints and muscles. OPA physicians are board certified in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Physiatry and Anesthesiology and each has advanced subspecialty Fellowship training in Sports, Joints, Foot & Ankle, Spine and Trauma.
OPA Physicians are known regionally and throughout the world as leaders in their fields. They lecture frequently, train others and develop new surgical techniques and many of the breakthrough hardware used in today’s surgeries.
Position Summary –
The Clinic Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a full-time satellite clinic with more than 5 physicians or mid-level providers.

Major Functions and Responsibilities:
The main functions of the Clinic Site Supervisor are that of leadership and promotion of cooperative staff effort for patients to experience a quality care environment.
- Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of front desk, and clinical support staffing, workflows and facility issues.
- Provides accurate and timely information to the revenue cycle team for billing.
- Supervises material management and procurement for a single location.
- Provides onsite human resource support for staff and is responsible for resource allocation and timecard management.
- Participates in identifying and hiring staff in conjunction with the clinical supervisor.
- Trains staff including cross training staff for multiple roles in satellite office.
- Assigns activities of daily work to staff and holds them accountable for timelines.
- Coordinates with other leadership positions on implementations and workflows that should be consistent between locations.
- Ensures individuals are compliant with corporate initiatives and programs.
- Meets regularly with clinical manager and CEO.
- Develops plans to meet short-term objectives.
- Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment.
- Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and strategic plan.
- Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact individual employees and/or customers (internal or external).
Staffing and Utilization of Clinical Personnel
- Assigns clinical staff personnel based on levels of competency and the needs of the center.
- Assures equitable staff assignments.
- Participates in selection of clinical personnel.
