Senior In-House Litigation Attorney (Epic)
Location:
Madison, WI (campus-based, relocation required; relocation assistance provided).
Epic is seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You will assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high-stakes legal proceedings. You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

Key Requirements- COVID-19 vaccination required.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area fully reimbursed.
- Strong eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
