We are seeking a Contract Paralegal to support its Legal Department in Bellevue, WA. This role focuses on labor and employment matters, with an emphasis on responding to third-party legal requests and providing litigation support.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to third-party legal requests, including subpoenas, summons, and search warrants for employment records
- Collect, organize, and produce documents from multiple internal sources
- Support agency charges and demand letters from intake through resolution
- Provide litigation support, including document management and production
- Maintain case dockets, deadlines, and matter management systems
- Draft and issue litigation holds and perform additional legal department duties as assigned
