Description

Robert Half is partnering with a boutique Seattle law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, works well with attorneys, and can manage cases from initial filing through trial preparation.

Location:

Seattle, WA

Pay Rate: $30-40 per hour

Duration: 3+ months potential for extension

Schedule:

M-F, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare, draft, and file litigation documents, including motions, discovery, and trial materials.

+ Manage case calendars, deadlines, e-filings, and overall case organization.

+ Review and organize medical records, billing, and other case-related documentation.

+ Support attorneys with legal research, discovery tasks, and trial preparation.

Requirements

+ 3+ YOE in civil litigation or personal injury

+ Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing discovery processes.

+ Experience reviewing medical documents a HUGE PLUS.

The salary range for this position is $30-40/hr benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Hired contract/temporary professionals are also eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan. Visit  for more information.
