At Core Weave, a leader in AI cloud platforms, we are seeking a Product Strategy Principal. In this pivotal role, you will join the Product Team, focusing on the development of a portfolio level product strategy. Your work will directly impact Core Weave’s product strategy and roadmap and influence the company’s leadership team. As the Product Strategy Principal, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of a compelling multi-year product strategy to support the overall strategic goals of Core Weave.

You will develop deep insight about the customer needs and the market and translate these insights into a compelling product strategy and roadmap, ensuring Core Weave remains at the forefront of the AI Hyperscaler market. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, you will guide the portfolio strategy to align different product areas to a common strategy, maintaining a balance between cutting‑edge technology, user‑friendliness, and market viability.

• Strategy Development:
  Develop and execute a clear, forward‑thinking product strategy and roadmap for Core Weave's portfolio of products, aligning with both market trends and the company’s overall objectives.
• Market Insights:
  Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, workloads, technologies, and potential opportunities in the AI Hyperscaler domain.
• Product Development:
  Work closely with product and engineering and design teams to align different products in Core Weave’s portfolio.
• Customer Focus:
  Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, integrating customer feedback and requirements into product development to ensure maximum satisfaction and usability.

  Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Business Management and Cadence:
  Design and lead operating rhythms for business cadences (monthly, quarterly, annual) related to strategy and business reviews.

• Proven experience (7+ years) in product strategy, product management or product operations, preferably with a focus on AI, ML, Cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Good understanding of the AI and ML technology landscape, including current trends and potential future directions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive product vision and strategy across diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of making data‑informed decisions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts.
