Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to support Dev Ops modernization and cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in Azure cloud environments, collaborating with Dev Ops, engineering, and business stakeholders, and driving requirements in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
This is a hands-on, onsite role requiring strong technical understanding, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for Dev Ops and cloud modernization initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, Dev Ops teams, and engineering
• Manage and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and sprint activities using JIRA
• Support incident, change, and service management workflows using Service Now
• Collaborate with teams to monitor application performance and system health using Data Dog
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
• Drive stakeholder communication, risk identification, and delivery tracking
• Support project management activities including timelines, dependencies, and reporting

• Azure Cloud (hands-on experience supporting cloud-based solutions)
• Dev Ops environments and modernization initiatives
• JIRA – backlog management, user stories, sprint tracking
• Service Now – incident/change/problem management
• Data Dog – monitoring, logging, observability
• Agile / Scrum methodology
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills
