Salary Range
: $90,000-$110,000 DOE
IMPORTANT! You must hold an active CMMC Certified Assessor (CCA) certification, be active in Cyber AB Marketplace, and have completed the Delta Training.
Senior Analysts assist during cybersecurity audits and assessments and are responsible for supporting the generation of project deliverables by playing a support role on client projects, with minimal direct task supervision. Senior Analysts can be client-facing for straightforward tasks.
Qualifications:Required qualifications:
- Active CCA certification issued by Cyber AB and listed in the Cyber AB Marketplace, and must have completed the Delta Training.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity assessments, audits, or compliance programs.
Preferred qualifications for the Senior Analyst position include:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience,
- Working knowledge of foundational IT security or cloud technology concepts,
- An entry level cybersecurity certification such as the Security+ or equivalent knowledge,
- One or more entry-level laaS provider certifications (e.g. AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Digital Leader), or the ability to achieve this during their first year as a Senior Analyst, and
- The ability to effectively communicate common cybersecurity concepts verbally and in writing and demonstrate basic presentation skills.
The following describes the job duties of a Senior Analyst. Depending on the specific project, these duties may vary:
- Producedeliverableswithsomeamountofoversightorreviewpriortodeliverytotheclient,
- Tasksmay includedatacollectionandanalysis,technical writing,scheduling meetings, basic project management, basic scripting, and
- Addressstraightforwardquestionsfromclients.
