Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned AI Architect with 12 years of overall technology experience including 5 years in hands on architecture leadership The ideal candidate will drive AI solutions from ideation to implementation lead performance fine tuning actively participate in RFPs and pre sales and architect robust solutions leveraging Azure AI services Azure OpenAI Service Azure AI Search Azure ML Cognitive Services Deep expertise in RAG architectures LLMs and a broad sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies NET Azure M365 Power Platform Dev Ops is essential

Responsibilities:

• Support Partners in building their Agents Advisory practices and designing building and deploying sophisticated agents for their Enterprise Customers utilizing Copilot Studio Power Platform M365 Agents SDK and Copilot APIs
• Provide architectural guidance and advice to proactively help System integrators as the build customer solutions to avoid issues while removing roadblocks when encountered
• Help improve the platform by identifying product gaps and representing the voice of the customer within the Product team
• Help scale the platform by regularly publishing white papers blogs best practice guidance videos and tools to help others in the community learn from your expertise
• Work closely with the Microsoft sales field partners CSAs services operations customer success teams to help drive overall success for the System Integrator Partners and Microsoft
• Support partners and customers in US and EMEA time zones
• Ability to guide junior developers in the team Onshore and Offshore
• Provide the Weekly status report and keep all stakeholders updated on project status

Skills:

• 12 years in software esolution engineering with 5 years as Architect Lead Principal level
• Proven track record driving AI solutions from ideation to implementation in enterprise environments
• Expertise in RAG architectures and LLM application design prompting orchestration tool use grounding

Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level developer to design and implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role focuses on building custom copilots, integrating enterprise knowledge sources, orchestrating multi-step agent workflows, connecting with Azure AI search and applying Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices for scalable deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Build and configure custom copilots, topics, tools, and knowledge sources.

Implement agent flows using Power Automate and custom APIs.

Integrate connectors (prebuilt and custom) for enterprise systems (Dynamics, SAP, Service Now).

Agentic Orchestration

Apply orchestration patterns (task decomposition, multi-step flows, fallback/error handling).

ALM & Governance

Package copilots and flows into Solutions for dev/test/prod environments.

Power Platform pipelines or Azure Dev Ops/Git Hub for CI/CD.

Manage environment variables, connection references, and Dataverse dependencies.

Observability & Compliance

Ensure data residency, DLP policies, and secure API authentication.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):

Design and implement hybrid/vector retrieval pipelines for enterprise RAG scenarios.

Configure semantic index and secure knowledge grounding for copilots.

Implement monitoring via Azure Application Insights and enforce Responsible AI principles.

Required Technical Skills

Copilot Studio:
Authoring topics, tools, connectors, and multi-channel deployment.

Power Automate:
Flow design, HTTP actions, Custom connectors, throttling/timeouts handling.

Azure AI Search:
Hybrid/vector retrieval, enrichment, reranking, and integration with copilots.

ALM (Power Platform):
Solutions, managed/unmanaged environments, CI/CD pipelines.

Security & Governance: AAD/Entra authentication, environment variables, DLP policies.

Preferred Experience

Working with Dataverse and Power Platform ALM and governance.

Exposure to Responsible AI principles and enterprise compliance frameworks.

Familiarity with Agent Factory or similar operationalization frameworks.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
