OverviewJoin Amazon Global Logistics as a Sales Enablement Specialist. You’ll deliver training programs that support sales team performance across the US and EMEA, helping break down barriers between buyers and sellers globally. AG L provides international transportation services for FBA Sellers, offering complete supply chain solutions. You will support training programs for our sales teams, contribute to new product launch enablement, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to remove sales obstacles.
Your primary focus will be supporting sales team productivity through effective training delivery, streamlined processes, and tool adoption.
- Deliver training sessions for Amazon Global Logistics teams, covering sales strategies, customer engagement, and internal tools for both new and experienced employees
- Develop engaging training materials using various methods including live sessions and eLearning resources to accommodate different learning styles
- Identify obstacles that prevent sales teams from achieving their goals and support initiatives to address these challenges through targeted training programs
- Collaborate with AGL team members to support initiatives, tools, and materials including online guides, reference documents, and e-learning content
- Partner with diverse stakeholders including Sales Leadership, Sellers, and Sales Operations to gather insights and support training effectiveness
- Support the establishment of measurable targets for training and onboarding that align with sales objectives, monitor program effectiveness through data analysis, and recommend adjustments based on performance metrics
You’ll start your day reviewing training effectiveness metrics and sales team feedback. You might facilitate a live training session for new AGL team members on customer engagement strategies, then collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and support targeted interventions. You’ll work with Sales Operations, Product teams, and regional sales managers to ensure training content stays current with product launches and market changes.
Your work directly supports how effectively our sales teams serve Amazon’s global selling partners.
Global Logistics provides end-to-end international transportation services for FBA Sellers, enabling Amazon’s expansion into a growing list of countries. Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of relevant field experience
- 1+ years of using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool
- 2+ years of owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 1+ years of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large data sets
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies
- Experience developing and delivering training programs
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company
- Experience in logistics
- 3+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- Experience in program or project management
- PMP certification
